Capco is a company dedicated to the financial industry, specializing in consulting, outsourcing and IT services. Its founder and CEO, Rob Heyvaert, has created a firm at the global forefront. Since it was launched under the name of The Capital Markets Company in 1998, Rob Heyvaert has wanted to make it a thought leader and a major international reference. Capco currently has eight offices around the world. All use Cypres services.
Look & Feel
We worked with an international team to drive Capco’s communication well beyond traditional business information. We created a bold look & feel in different forms, including graphics, branding illustrations, corporate brochures and a website.
We succeeded in developing a strong, suitable international image for Capco, and also upgraded it a few years later.
This work has gained attention. The magazine “96” by Fontshop, for example, devoted three pages to it.
The photos by Patrick Marchal received a warm welcome and were exhibited at the Carter Gallery in New York.
Capco launched The Journal, a magazine that has acquired authority in the finance sector, in which the experience of businessmen is combined with the result of academic research in applied finance. Cypres was responsible for the layout of The Journal: an attractive design for complex content. Since then Cypres has produced The Journal (project management, layout, production, etc.) several times a year. The publication has repeatedly won the Apex Award for Publishing Excellence.
To attract highly skilled workers from around the globe, we created Capital, a brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine. It focuses on working for Capco internationally, through direct and indirect articles on the Capco world: financial markets, the architecture of Capco offices, photography, and more. Even the ads are linked with Capco.
This initiative was a resounding success. The magazine has convinced many young talents and experienced professionals to join Capco.
Online stationery system
It is not always easy to apply a graphic style with consistency, especially when a company has different offices around the world. To address this Cypres developed a centralized online system for printing office materials. The different locations can submit their orders and receive an immediate indication of delivery time and budget. This module also includes an application that allows the head office to approve local commands with a mouse click.
This approach ensures the consistent international use of Capco’s printed office materials.
